HOSPITALITY ARCHITECTURE
UnFOLD is a lead consultant and designer for the RD86 space, a production and test kitchen, restaurant, and retail space currently expanding to include an outdoor courtyard eatery. The mission of this venture is to rebrand New London as a event city with greater communication and civic engagement, upgrading city and waterfront through events, regional economic rejuvenation and implementing regenerative economy. RD86 revolves around a new business model that cultivates talent and incubates businesses through its unique supportive culture designed to support innovation and economic development.

DAY + AGE is a company based in Ledyard, Connecticut helping clients bring their vision into reality- be it creative consulting on a personal art project or the restoration of a historic wooden boat, museum object, or historic property. UNFOLD Creative works directly with Day and Age in order to achieve various client goals by providing a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to success with client projects based on years of hands on experience and wide breadth of knowledge.
